Jacinth Paul Z is an experienced Engineering and Agile Management Professional with a passion for Project Management, Agile, No-Code, Digital Apps, and Urban Air Mobility. He is a certified Project Management Professional®, Certified Scrum Master®, Certified Agile Coach ICP-ACC, and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. Jacinth is proficient in frameworks of Scrum, Kanban & XP, including digital transformation and scaling. He has diverse experience in activities throughout the Product Life Cycle and has collaborated with stakeholders across geographies from India, Europe, and the US. Jacinth has worked in Aerospace and Financial Technology domains and is skilled in Program & Product Management, Delivery & Release, Agile Methodologies, Software Testing, and Embedded systems. He is currently working as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager - Digital Program at Acuity Knowledge Partners, where he enables Financial Technology project teams who build digital services and digital apps using .Net, react, AWS, etc. He facilitates/participates in key Agile practices across Digital Service teams, evaluates and communicates project risks, and monitors and reports on key Agile performance metrics to the leadership team. Jacinth has experience facilitating Scrum Events, guiding the teams and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers. He supports and educates the Digital Services Product Owner, especially with respect to maintaining the Digital Service product backlog. He assesses the Scrum Maturity of the teams and organization and coaches the teams to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. Jacinth facilitates discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution, builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. Jacinth has previously worked at Honeywell as an Advanced Embedded Engineer and Technical Lead. He has experience in Scrum Teams' Project Tracking & Reporting, Estimation, Scrum Meetings, Agile Transformation, Hardware Software Testing HSI, Quality Monitoring & Metrics, SVCP and SVR Preparation, Project Management support, Change Impact Analysis, Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Process improvements, test management, requirement reviews, and automation tools deployment. Jacinth holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) in Avionics. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International/Global Studies from Deakin University and
